Terms and Conditions 

1. The following conditions establish the relationship between Run in Algarve and the costumer.
2. To book an activity I have known and accepted the following conditions.
3. Run in Algarve is a tourism entertainment company registered in Tourism of Portugal with the RNAAT Number 1601/2018.
4. Run in Algarve insures civil liability and personal accident insurance. All participants are covered by these two insurances.
5. The company is not responsible for any accidents that occur due to negligence or disregard of the customers, or for any injury that did not occur during the running activity in question.
6. For all topics mentioned before, I will follow all the indications that are given to me during the running tours.
7. All those who request our services expressly accept and take all risks that may exist during our tours.
8. The basic requirement to run Run in Algarve is to feel good on the day itself and to be at least 18 years old. Younger runners are only authorized when accompanied by parents or guardians of legal age.
9. I am aware that running implies physical activity, and I affirm that I am in good physical condition to practice it.
10. I must not participate in the race if there is a medical, physical or other problem that indicates that it’s not proper for the race.
11. The costumer must inform Run in Algarve by writing of any medical problems they may have, even if they do not jeopardize the race.
12. The payment of the activity must be done before the running tour begins.
13. You can cancel your reservation by sending us an email with at least one day in advance and it will be refunded. If you wish, we can reschedule the running course with no additional cost.
14. The company does not refund the costumer that does not appear in the activities and / or does not communicate with at least one day’s notice.
15. Run in Algarve reserves the right to cancel any activity, refunding its clients.
16. Activities may be canceled in the following circumstances:
    1. Due to adverse weather conditions;
    2. In case of tragic events;
    3. In case of sudden illness of a running guide;
    4. If the agreed conditions are not fulfilled.
17. Customers grant to Run in Algarve all rights to the photographic and video material made during the running tour and allow their use for promotional purposes.
18. The personal belongings are the responsibility of their owners. Run in Algarve is not responsible for any objects lost during the running tour.
